our company in the position of Senior Client Relationship Director.

space of the financial services industry. Job Description Please
note: this role is required to be onsite at our Bedford, New
Hampshire office In this role, you’ll be the trusted point of
contact for clients and advisors, overseeing every aspect of trust
administration from investments to compliance. You’ll also drive
growth by leading new account onboarding, engaging in industry
events, and continuously refining processes through training and
innovation. What you’ll do You'll serve as the primary contact for
clients and their advisors, ensuring exceptional service and
communication. You'll manage all aspects of trust administration,
from coordinating advisor directions to overseeing tax and
compliance filings. You'll drive business development by attending
industry events and leading the onboarding of new trust accounts.
You'll enhance processes by engaging in training programs to
strengthen and refine directed trust practices. What we offer IQ-EQ

salary for this position will be dependent on experience and
location ($95,000 - $110,000). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in
business, law, finance or related field (CPA, CFP, or CTFA is a
plus). Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial institution,
law firm, accounting, or consulting firm. Exceptional understanding
of fiduciary responsibilities and estate planning principles.
Strong communication skills and the willingness to learn the broad
range of trust administration and operational / compliance
requirements of a directed trust company. Client relationship
management experience, preferably in a fiduciary capacity.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and
collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Management
experience with direct reports or junior team members is a plus.
