This role is pivotal in managing the company’s asset portfolio, ensuring alignment with financial strategies and compliance with regulatory frameworks. The Director will lead asset management activities, optimize investment returns, and contribute to the fiscal health and growth of the company. This position offers a dynamic work environment at one of the world's largest asset managers, based in Boston, MA. Develop and implement strategies for managing the company’s assets to ensure alignment with our financial goals. Oversee portfolio management, including analysis, strategy recommendation, and risk assessment. Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to integrate asset management with overall fiscal plans. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements pertaining to asset management. Provide leadership and development to the asset management team. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills In-depth knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies Excellent leadership and team management abilities Proficient in using financial software and tools Ability to interpret and apply regulatory and legal guidelines Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification preferred Relevant financial management or investment certifications
