Job Description Job Description Salary: $30.00 per hour Job description About Key HVAC: Key HVAC is an established, family owned HVAC service company. Looking for a motivated Residential HVAC Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The role involves working independently and as part of a team, following safety procedures and best practices, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pumps. Follow design specifications, and manufacturers' instructions to ensure proper installation and operation of HVAC systems. Test HVAC systems for proper functioning, efficiency, and safety, using specialized tools and equipment. Follow safety protocols and best practices, including proper handling and disposal of refrigerants and other hazardous materials. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and customer communications. Provide excellent customer service, including answering customer questions, explaining technical issues in non-technical terms, and resolving complaints. Requirements: NH Gas License preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year experience in residential HVAC installation and service. Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical, and refrigeration principles. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting heavy equipment, working in confined spaces, and climbing ladders.
