PAY : $18–$40 per hour Company vehicle during work hours Job-completion and quality incentives Overtime pay Career progression opportunities BENEFITS : Health Dental Aflac Vacation time Trainings Company outings Steady hours Supportive management Company-provided gear WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications to be our Construction Installation Tech - Plumbing and Heating Systems Installer: 3 years of residential plumbing and remodel installation experience Experience installing heating systems Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Own a full set of personal hand tools Proven ability to install sold jobs and commission systems Physical capability for lifting, ladder work, and confined spaces Preferred qualifications include a licensed Journeyman plumber or advanced apprentice with over three years of experience, proficiency in plumbing and heating commissioning, advanced skills in ServiceTitan or similar software, and experience in coordinating remodels and mentoring crews. WHAT IT'S LIKE This position is full-time, working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM , and requires onsite reporting to a central location before heading to job sites. As our Construction Installation Tech - Plumbing and Heating Systems Installer, you'll perform underground, rough, and finish plumbing for remodels and new builds, installing complete systems and fixtures, coordinating with contractors and inspectors, and ensuring all work meets code and quoted scope. You'll handle testing, commissioning, and customer walkthroughs while maintaining safe, organized job sites.
