Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking dedicated and
vigilant Security Officers to join our expanding team. As a trusted
leader in security services, we offer innovative on-site guarding
solutions designed to protect the welfare and property of our
clients across a variety of settings. This role is critical in
maintaining a safe and secure environment at the sites we serve,
ensuring a high level of peace of mind for our clients and the
communities in which we operate. Conduct regular and random patrols
around the property. Monitor surveillance equipment and report any
suspicious activities. Manage access points and control entry and
departure of individuals to prevent unauthorized access. Respond to
alarms and emergencies in a timely and effective manner. Maintain a
clear log of all security-related incidents. Provide information
and assistance to staff and visitors to foster a secure and
friendly environment. Ensure compliance with company guidelines and
local, state, and federal laws. Ability to operate security systems
and emergency equipment. Excellent surveillance and observation
skills. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to act
quickly under pressure. Good interpersonal and communication
skills. Basic computer proficiency for reporting and communication
purposes. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance
State-approved Security Officer license is mandatory. First Aid and
CPR certifications are highly desirable. Training in Emergency
Response and Conflict Management is advantageous.
