Job Description:
MV Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Call Center Manager to lead
our customer service team within the transportation and logistics
sector. This role is crucial in maintaining the highest standards
of client satisfaction and operational efficiency in our diverse
range of public transportation services. The Call Center Manager
will oversee all aspects of call center operations, including team
management, optimization of service delivery, and implementation of
effective communication strategies to enhance customer relations
and service. Manage the day-to-day operations of the call center,
ensuring efficient handling of customer inquiries and complaints.
Develop and implement call center procedures and performance
standards. Lead, train, and mentor call center staff, promoting a
culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Analyze
call center data and generate reports to track performance, adjust
operations and achieve customer service excellence. Coordinate with
other departments to ensure consistency and reliability of service
across all communication channels. Handle complex customer service
issues escalated by team members. Manage budgets and forecast
staffing needs to meet service demands and operational targets.
Stay informed of the latest industry tools and best practices to
improve customer support functions. Strong leadership skills and
ability to manage diverse teams Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency with call center technology and
software Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make
informed decisions Ability to handle multiple priorities and
