Measurement, Sealite is a leading designer and manufacturer of
marine aids to navigation (AtoN) equipment. Offering the broadest
portfolio of solutions including marine lighting, navigation buoys,
marine floats, port entry lighting systems, lighthouse lighting,
and monitoring and control systems, we help people transverse the
world safely by sea. This role includes a $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS
Resbonsible for assembling and testing production for the aviation
industry with focus on maintaining the highest quality, safety and
on time-delivery of goods to customers. Duties: - Follow safe work
practices and procedures and ensure a "safety first" culture in
every task undertaken. /n - Prepares to complete each assembly work
order specifically according to: - /n - technical work instructions
and specifications /n - CAD drawings and other engineering
blueprints /n - wiring diagrams /n - standard operations procedure
/n /n /n /n - - - proper hand and power tools and PPE /n - Assist
engineering with prototype builds. /n - Assist engineering with
resolving assembly complications. /n - Discern quality of parts and
materials used in production. /n - Document assemblies by
completing production and quality forms. /n - Test finished
products for proper operation. /n - Upon completion of a work
order, transfer the product to Quality Control /n - Maintain the
tools used to create products. /n - Work with Quality Control on
maintenance of calibrated equipment. /n - Keep a clean and
well-maintained workspace. /n /n Minimum Positions Requirements: /n
- High School diploma /n - Prior electromechanical assembly
experience /n - Familiarity with: - /n - Wiring harnesses /n -
Soldering /n - Drilling /n - AC & DC currents /n /n /n - Ability to
read and carefully follow instructions. /n - Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. /n - Experience in a
production environment. /n - Experience with SAP a plus. /n -
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs /n - Good computer skills such as use
of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. /n /n How we live our culture
