Mechanical/Heavy Industrial Key Responsibilities Champion all
company safety policies and ethical standards. Plan project
staffing and allocate resources effectively within budget.
Establish project goals, procedures, and performance standards
using company pre?planning processes. Serve as the primary liaison
with clients and internal teams to support smooth project
execution. Direct and support Superintendents to keep projects on
schedule and within budget, resolving issues proactively. Represent
the company in project meetings and support labor?related
discussions as needed. Manage financial components of contracts,
including fees, purchases, equipment, expenses, and change orders.
Support company reporting requirements (weekly reports, timecards,
reviews, etc.). Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and
prevent at?risk activities. Lead both Design?Build and Bid?Build
projects, including oversight of the design process. Collaborate
with Superintendents, crews, and subcontractors to deliver
high?quality results. Perform additional duties that support
company goals and initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in
engineering, construction management, or related field; equivalent
experience considered. 10 years of progressive construction
management experience, including leadership on projects of $7.5M or
more. Strong knowledge of construction methods, design principles,
financial management, and major building systems (structural,
mechanical, electrical, civil). Proven leadership ability; highly
organized, decisive, and skilled in communication and
relationship?building with clients and subcontractors. Job Type &
Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of
Worcester, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$64.90 - $72.12/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits
and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
