The opportunityThe Boston Bruins are hiring a full-time Pro Shop
Operations Manager to join our team at TD Garden in Boston,
Massachusetts. As a Pro Shop Operations Manager, you will be
responsible for overseeing merchandise planning and buying, and
inventory management for Boston Pro Shop retail. If you are looking

now.PayMinimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $65,300 - $88,200
/ yearIn addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan
based on company and individual performance, or a role-based,

- Manage product selection and development from inception to
delivery, recommending purchases and inventory levels based on
consumer and market trends, sales strategies, and financial
goals
- Utilize reporting tools to review inventory, sales, and item
status in assigned merchandise categories, and create purchase
orders to control inventory investment while supporting sales
objectives
- Recommend pricing, sales strategies, and assortments, including
liquidation strategies as needed
- Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and
stakeholders on merchandise plans and their execution to sales
plans
- Partner with marketing and brand teams to identify
opportunities for unique product collaborations and develop
promotional activities for key product collections to ensure sales
throughMore about you
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of 3 years of retail buying experience in a high-volume
environment; retail experience with a professional sports team
preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of retail point of sale systems, Netsuite,
Retail Cloud, and RFID technology
- Demonstrated knowledge of retail buying, merchandising
techniques and retail operations, policies, and procedures in
addition to having strong knowledge of the industry and a keen eye
for trends
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word and
