A company is looking for a Director of US Field Development.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to create strategic initiatives for local giving and sustainability
Lead and manage the Field Development team, ensuring effective delivery of services
Monitor and report on Field Development activities and contribute to resource enhancement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Extensive knowledge of Young Life and fundraising practices
Experience in delivering coaching and consulting services
Proven leadership and financial management skills
Cultural intelligence to support equitable fundraising efforts
