This position is a licensed advanced practice provider.Essential Functions

• Provide leadership and support to Occupational Health clinical staff.
• Provide clinical consultation for complex cases.
• Facilitate patient care and service delivery by allocating staff resources and facilitating patient needs.
• Implement and monitor clinic-based standards and process improvements.
• Participate in appropriate committees as a member of the health and safety infrastructure.
• Develop and manage key programs, collaborate with key departments and team members to improve compliance, ensure delivery of services to meet program objectives in a resource-effective manner, and provide metrics for these programs.QualificationsEducation

• Master's Degree in Nursing required.Licenses and Credentials
  • Nurse Practitioner [NP] / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse [APRN] [State License] preferred.Experience
    • Experience in occupational health, emergency room, ambulatory care, and/or orthopedics as an APP. 5-7 years required and supervisory experience or equivalent leadership experience 2-3 years required.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
      • Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams including staff at all levels of the organization.
      • Ability to successfully negotiate and collaborate with others of different skill sets, backgrounds, and levels within and external to the organization.
      • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
      • Ability to effectively conduct meetings, both formal and informal.
      • Requires minimal direction from leadership and possesses the ability to learn quickly.
