We offer a stable, supportive, and growing organization that focuses on your needs and interests.Well established hospice agency has a need for an experienced Hospice RN Case Manager to see patients in homes in and around the Norwood, MA area.Requires minimum 1 year of Hospice RN experience with a Medicare certified agency.Monday-Friday, 40 hours/weekFull-time, ContractNo weekends or on-call required!Highly competitive pay rate plus IRS mileage reimbursementPrimary nurse provides quality nursing care to identified Hospice patients. The scope of the primary Hospice RN includes direct patient care, coordination of patient and patient advocacy. Patient includes the individual, family/significant other and community.
