Job Description:
Birchwood Arbors, a Lifespark Assisted Living Community, seeks a
RN Director of Health Services to oversee nursing care and clinical
operations in Forest Lake.
Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, ensuring
quality resident care, maintaining documentation, hiring and
training staff, developing staffing plans, and managing survey
processes.
Qualifications: RN license, 2+ years supervisory experience in
long-term or acute care, with preferred geriatric expertise. Strong
communication and computer skills required.
Schedule: Monday-Friday with weekend rotation. Salary ranges from
$85,000-$115,000 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
