Physical Therapist Location: Concord, NH Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,486 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position ID: 75206089 Shift: 8hr Days 8x5 Description: HWL Hospital-R23418 Experienced Physical Therapist\r\nMonday - Friday 8am-4:30pm\r\nMust have New Hampshire or Compact PT license or willing to obtain temp license.\r\nPerforms patient evaluations and re-evaluations and documents in accordance with licensure, scope of practice and department standards\r\nAdvocates for and is active in developing disciplinary and interdisciplinary team members.\r\nEnsures they are able to go anywhere in the house as needed.\r\nVerifies and reviews all provider orders and applies all pertinent medical\r\ninformation including lab values, vital signs, etc. routinely.\r\nDemonstrates knowledge and understanding of the profound and prolonged impact of chronic illness. Considers the individuals' age, physical, emotional, social, economic, cultural and vocational status.\r\nUnderstands the challenges an acute care episode has on a patient and family member. Demonstrates clinical competence in the administration of\r\nformal standardized tests, scales, and tools.
