for our General Medicine, Cardiology, and Neurosurgery units. These
fast-paced, highly collaborative teams care for patients with a
wide range of medical, cardiac, and neurological needs. As an LNA,
you’ll provide essential direct and indirect patient care —

communication assistance — under the direct supervision of a
Registered Nurse. This role supports patients with varying levels
of complexity and requires consistency, reliability, and strong
teamwork. Schedule Requirement: The positions we are currently
recruiting for are full-time roles working 12-hour shifts. Shifts
are days or nights, depending on unit needs. These positions
require a consistent, ongoing schedule and are not able to
accommodate rotating, short-term, or academic-based availability.
Job Description: The Nursing Assistant is responsible for specific
aspects of direct and indirect patient care under the direct
supervision of a Registered Nurse. Education: High school diploma
or GED preferred. Current Vermont LNA license required. Experience:
Previous health care experience preferred. Please note: This is an
evergreen posting used to fill ongoing LNA needs across these units
and is not tied to a single, specific vacancy.
