knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorders
treatment modalities. Understanding ofthe Trauma-Informed Recovery
model of care. Valid CPR certification. Previousexperience in
psychiatric or substance usedisorders inpatient, restraint
reduction,de-escalationand crisis intervention is preferred. Crisis
management and time management skills; and exhibit flexibility,
creativity, be able to multi-task and ability to manage stressful
situations in a calm, organized and professional manner. We offer
