Role We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Professional in with a
qualifying clinical degree or licensure (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMSW, or
LMHC). Applicants must hold credentials specifically in clinical or
counseling disciplines; nonclinical or expressive therapy degrees
are not eligible. Key Responsibilities Screening & Enrollment:
Conduct screening interviews and diagnostic evaluations to
determine participant eligibility for clinical trials.
Neuropsychological Ratings & Assessments: Administer psychiatric
and neuropsychological rating scales and assessments. Dosing
Therapist / Monitor As Needed: Serve as a dosing therapist for
psychedelic trials, including pre-dose preparation, session
monitoring, and post-dose follow-up. Prior experience in
industry-sponsored psychedelic trials (e.g., Compass, Cybin,
MindMed, Atai) is a plus. What Success Looks Like 2 years of
clinical experience in diagnostics, assessments, and patient care.
Therapy and differential diagnosis experience are strongly
preferred. Substance use disorder experience is a plus. Exposure to
clinical trials or neuropsychic assessments is helpful; training
provided. Not suitable for recent graduates without prior clinical
work. Pay: $90,000 - $120,000 per year Benefits : 401(k) matching
