Registered Nurse (RN) | Psych Location: Lebanon, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,288 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Psychiatric Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 11.5H Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active RN License required Certifications: One of the following certifications required: CPI, Blue, MOAB, AVADE Must-Have: Experience with IEA/Involuntary status with higher acuity patients Description: Inpatient Adult/Pediatric Psychiatric Need. Must be comfortable with both age groups. Patient-Centered Care driven. RNs must have experience with IEA/Involuntary status with higher acuity patients. Must have one of the following certifications: CPI, Blue, MOAB, AVADE. Restraint Chair experience preferred. EPIC experience is required. Nights - 36 hours. Team approach nursing. Ratios are 1:6-7. Schedules are created about 4-6 weeks in advance. Performs general or specialized nursing duties under the direction of the Nurse Manager. Provides care and treatment of residents. Utilizes the nursing process to perform the duties of a staff nurse in terms of administration of medication and medical treatment. Engages in comprehensive treatment planning with a multidisciplinary treatment team. Upholds the vision and mission of the agency through utilizing Practice Model theories, beliefs, and principles in daily practice.
