Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is
available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide
specialized services within a school setting located in Worcester,
MA. This role involves working closely with students to support
their developmental and functional needs, ensuring they can fully
participate and succeed in their educational environment. Key
Responsibilities: Assess student abilities, needs, and challenges
to develop individualized therapy plans. Implement therapeutic
interventions designed to improve motor skills, sensory processing,
and daily living activities. Collaborate with educators, parents,
and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into classroom
activities. Monitor and document student progress regularly,
adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Participate in team
meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide programs
to support student well-being. Qualifications and Experience:
Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant state certification.
Experience working in school settings is highly preferred. Strong
knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy principles and
strategies. Ability to manage travel requirements between school
locations effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills tailored to working with children, families, and
multidisciplinary teams. Location: This position is based in
Worcester, MA, with travel required to service multiple school

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.62 to $58.62.
