Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified
Labor/Delivery RN in Nashua, New Hampshire, 03060! Shift Details
Available Shifts Day Shift: 07:00 – 19:30 (3×12?hour shifts) Night
Shift: 19:00 – 07:30 (3×12?hour shifts) Additional Shift Notes
Day/Night Flex schedule is accepted (12?hour shifts). 36 or 48
hours per week options are available. Every other weekend is
required. No call required. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive
nursing care to mothers and newborns during antepartum,
intrapartum, and postpartum periods. Perform and interpret fetal
monitoring , including external and internal methods (EFM, IUPC).
Assist with and support vaginal deliveries, high?risk deliveries,
and C?sections , including circulating and recovery. Triage
obstetrical patients and perform assessments such as NSTs, SVE,
reflex checks, and clonus . Manage labor patients following AWHONN
staffing guidelines (1:1 or 1:2). Deliver safe medication
administration including Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate,
antihypertensives, insulin drips , and more. Stabilize and care for
newborns immediately after birth, including APGAR scoring,
thermoregulation, and neonatal resuscitation . Provide parent
education , including breastfeeding support, newborn care, and
discharge teaching. Collaborate with OB hospitalists, midwives,
pediatric specialists, CRNAs, and interdisciplinary teams. Document
all care accurately in Epic and follow SBAR communication format.
Follow all infection control, patient safety, and unit protocols.
Participate in floating within the division using a Helping
Hands/Team Nursing approach . Maintain a safe environment for
high?risk obstetric emergencies such as pre?eclampsia, hemorrhage,
placental complications, and preterm labor . 5 Benefits of Travel

Requirements Requirements Experience Minimum 2 years of recent
Labor & Delivery RN experience. Travel experience required (unit
does not accept first?time travelers unless they have 2–5 years
L&D experience). Previous Charge RN experience preferred .
Experience in the following settings preferred: Teaching hospital
Community hospital LTAC Trauma Level I or II Licensure Active NH RN
License or Compact RN License . Certifications Required: BLS NRP
Preferred: ACLS* AWHONN Intermediate* AWHONN Advanced* Clinical
Skills Required Must have experience with: Epic charting system 1:1
or 1:2 labor ratios , 1:3 couplet care External & internal fetal
monitoring Labor, delivery, postpartum, newborn assessments
Oxytocin/pitocin administration High?risk obstetric care
(pre?eclampsia, diabetes, multiples, etc.) Labor management
procedures (SVE, NSTs, triage, etc.) Other Requirements COVID?19
and Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only).
Ability to work every other weekend . Must complete drug screen
