Rate: $819000.00 - $819000.00 AMN Healthcare is partnering with a
physician led organization to recruit Urology Hospitalists for
hospital-based coverage in Bristol, Tennessee. This role is
designed for urologists who value focus, predictability, and
balance. You’ll practice in a call-only model centered on inpatient
and emergency department consults, supported by DaVinci robotics
and experienced advanced practice providers. The 7-on/7-off
schedule creates natural reset time, while guardrails help keep
days manageable and overnight call-backs rare. With a choice of W-2
or 1099 compensation and no relocation required, this opportunity
offers flexibility without sacrificing clinical quality or support.
Opportunity Highlights 7-on/7-off schedule, approximately 182 days

consistent operating room access Average of 10 surgeries per week;
