Job Description Rheumatologist - Fall River, MA Sign-On & Relocation Bonus Available Location: Fall River, MA Setting: Outpatient (No inpatient or hospital call) Overview: We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join our growing outpatient practice. This is an excellent opportunity to practice comprehensive rheumatologic care in a supportive, collaborative, and community-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage rheumatologic, autoimmune, and musculoskeletal conditions Prescribe and monitor DMARDs and biologic therapies; coordinate infusion services Perform joint injections and other procedures (optional) Review imaging and lab studies with in-house teams Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in a multidisciplinary setting Contribute to quality improvement, care coordination, and practice development Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Rheumatology Eligible for Massachusetts medical license Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Commitment to patient satisfaction and continuous professional growth Compensation & Benefits Bonus: Corporate incentive eligibility after 1 year Partnership Track: Available after 3 years (minimal buy-in) Comprehensive health, malpractice, and professional expense coverage 401(k) plan, CME allowance, and paid vacation Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available
