Job Description:
Title: Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology Schedule:
8-hour days with call at least 1 weekday per week, and every 3-4
weekends. Assignment Details: - Contract Length: 16-32 weeks -
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Requirements: - Strong critical
care experience - Conscious sedation experience - Interventional
radiology procedural experience - Experience in a large teaching
facility required - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS - EPIC
experience from within the past 12 months - Must have PIV start
skills and knowledge of vasoactive drips - Administration of
moderate sedation experience must be documented Roles &
Responsibilities: - Assess and monitor patients prior to, during,
and after procedures. - Administer conscious sedation and pain
management as required. - Assist with invasive procedures under
imaging guidance. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to
provide optimal patient care. - Document patient assessments and
care provided accurately in electronic medical records. Compliance
/ Notes: - Reliable transportation is required; personal or rental
vehicles recommended. - Ensure all work history information is
complete for submission.
