In this role, the LPN will train all field staff prior to working with their client. The LPN will provide ongoing training, annual in-services and will be proactive in ensuring all staff are properly trained on equipment and safety procedures. He/she is also responsible for client assessments, developing care plans and conducting supervisory visits. This position will include being part of an on-call rotation.
