Certified Nurse Midwife Opening in St. Johnsbury, VT
(Permanent)Full time, permanentEmployed3 years' experience
requiredPosition Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and
experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our collaborative
team of OBGYNs and Midwives in a full-time role. This position
involves a blend of clinic days and shared call duties, providing a
full scope of midwifery services in a supportive rural
setting.Position Highlights:Collaborate with a team of OBGYNs,
midwives, and women's health nurse practitioners.Provide 24-hour
on-call coverage for midwifery patients.Deliveries are conducted in
a spacious birth center designed to support physiologic birth and
patient choice.Options for water labor and birth, nitrous oxide,
intrathecal, and VBAC.1:1 nursing support during labor and
delivery.Comfortable call room suite and full-time lactation
counselor support.Birth center holds a Baby Friendly designation
for its commitment to supporting mothers and
babies.Qualifications:Nurse Midwifery certification.Current Vermont
RN and APRN license (or ability to obtain).Current Vermont DEA (or
ability to obtain).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through
