Job Title: Program Manager HCP360 Orchestration Engine Location: 225 Binney Street, Cambridge, MA 02142 Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension or conversion Pay Rate: $75$84.97/hr (W2) Benefits: Weekly pay plus Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Role Overview: We are seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end program planning, governance, execution, and cross-functional coordination for the HCP360 Orchestration Engine initiative. This role oversees delivery across six integrated workstreams: Data, Behavioral Insights, Data Science & Decision Engine, IT, Marketing, and Omnichannel/Field Activation, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Program Planning & Governance: Build and manage the master program plan, timelines, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies. Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive alignment across Data, IT, Marketing, Insights, and Omnichannel teams. Meeting Leadership: Run program forums, set agendas, document decisions, and track action items to closure. Execution Oversight: Maintain the program roadmap, manage interdependencies, and ensure synchronized delivery across workstreams. Communication & Change Management: Provide clear stakeholder updates and support adoption of new processes and operating models. Qualifications: Extensive experience in program or project management, ideally within pharma or biotech environments. Strong communication skills with executive-level presence and stakeholder management ability. Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. Comfortable working with data, analytics, AI/ML, or omnichannel initiatives. Able to work onsite in the Boston/Cambridge area at least three days per week (hybrid model). TMN
