Overview Job Summary The VP/GM, Software Solutions will serve as the company’s key executive responsible for managing naviHealth’s Care Transitions Platform (“CTP”). This leader will develop the overall vision, strategy and operational roadmap by establishing a full understanding of all CTP technologies to identify high-impact business opportunities and assess business models and revenue streams. With a passion for rapidly scaling businesses, driving innovation, and building high performing teams, the VP/GM, Software Solutions will thrive in an open, fast-paced, high growth environment. The VP/GM, Software Solutions will lead the CTP Sales, Account Management and Product Strategy teams to drive superior client satisfaction, revenue growth and strategic direction. As a leader within naviHealth, the VP/GM, Software Solutions will champion and foster a collaborative corporate culture by bringing a unique combination of startup-like resourcefulness, technical expertise, and seasoned executive level strategic experience that allows you to contribute at the highest level of the organization.

Responsibilities Develop and implement CTP business operating system & rigor to meet near and long-term business objectives

Own the P&L for the CTP SaaS business ensuring that aggressive revenue targets are achieved

In partnership with the senior leadership team, establish company-wide vision for naviHealth’s CTP products sold to acute and post-acute health care providers

Inspire, lead and grow a world-class CTP organization

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to create and maintain a 3- to 5-year CTP strategic plan

Develop the CTP team’s ability to execute consistently, predictably, and effectively

Create a strong, motivated culture where the team understands the importance of continuous and rapid testing and learning

Develop market analysis including trends and competitive threats

Provide business cases for new and existing products to determine feasibility

Work with stakeholders to guide the release or launch of new innovations

Identification of services and technology enhancements for naviHealth’s clients

Know the customer: develop deep and trusted relationships with key customers leveraging knowledge of their business requirements to direct strategy and prioritization

Develop channels, processes and tools to continuously funnel customer feedback to improve our offerings

Understand the market: maintain expertise in the post-acute management and care transitions ecosystem

Collaboratively develop and deliver compelling vision messaging targeting executive, analyst, and press briefings, as well as industry events, webcasts, and trade shows

Qualifications Minimum of 10 years’ experience innovating and developing new products and services, including commercialized, multi-tenant SaaS products for healthcare providers and payors

Knowledge of the healthcare sector, preferably post-acute care, analytics, and the markets naviHealth operates in

3+ years’ experience leading Customer Success or Client Services preferred

Experienced P&L owner adept at defining the overall vision, strategy, & roadmap for a software intensive business with a combination of SW enabled services and SaaS products

Track record of managing distributed teams with at least 25 resources, and engaging all constituents critical to the successful delivery of SaaS products

Experience with modern development methodologies (Agile, Kanban, XP, )

Demonstrated technical and business aptitude that allows you to understand, translate, and guide discussions and decisions at a strategic enterprise level as well as at a detailed execution level

Passion for creating new products that drive significant value for our clients

Experience managing and protecting intellectual property

Comfortable building and leading relationships with key customers

Highly collaborative with the ability to influence and work with many internal stakeholders

Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey detailed and complicated messages to varied audiences, including the ability to communicate technically and non-technically with ability to translate between the two
