Job Description:

SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine! - We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space. - Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.Responsibilities

Vacuuming
Mopping
Bonneting
Extraction (wet/dry)
Strip & wax floor
Carpet spot removal
Transport equipment, tools and supplies
Move furniture before/after clean
Communicate changes, progress or problem areasQualifications
- Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferred
- A -drug test will be required
- 3+ years of experience -Available Shift:: 4:00pm to 12:30 AM -Compensation: - $17.89 per hour100% Vaccination Status required for site access
