The Role The Senior Growth Marketing Analyst will be responsible
for leading our marketing strategy and managing our marketing
efforts across the assigned product portfolios, driving sales
growth while maintaining strong efficiency. The Senior Growth
Marketing Analyst will report to the VP of Digital Marketing and be
an integral part of the advertising team to define campaign
strategy, measure campaign performance, identify areas for
improvement, and help optimize campaigns based on data-driven
insights. This role will also own relationships with key digital
marketing partners and proactively guide conversations with
retailer advertiser teams to align on performance opportunities and
strategic priorities. The position also includes mentoring and
developing a digital marketing analyst who will support with
campaign execution, reporting, analysis and optimization. The ideal
candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience with data
analysis, strategic thinking and is highly proficient in tools such
as Excel. The Senior Growth Marketing Analyst will operate as a
trusted cross-functional partner, translating data into clear,
actionable insights that shape business decisions across product
portfolios and partner relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead the
digital marketing strategy for assigned product portfolios with a
focus on growth, efficiency, and continuous optimization—primarily
across eCommerce, with contributions to Food/Drug/Mass and Grocery
retailers as needed. Develop and analyze upper-funnel
demand-generation initiatives to expand audience reach, drive brand
consideration, and accelerate new-customer acquisition through
data-driven targeting and optimization. Conduct deep-dive analyses
to evaluate portfolio performance, identify trends, and develop
actionable strategies to drive results. Lead the planning,
execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across
platforms including TikTok, Amazon, and Meta. Own and manage
relationships with retail media partners, maintaining alignment on
performance goals and strategic initiatives. Mentor, train, and
support a direct report, building strong analytical capabilities
and overall team effectiveness. Analyze advertising data to extract
insights and identify areas for improvement. Develop deep category
expertise to inform cross-functional decision-making with
data-driven insights and market trends. Stay informed and up to
date on digital marketing trends and best practices, and retailer
marketing advertising to continuously refine strategy. Ideal
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g.,
Marketing, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics). 3-5
years of experience in digital marketing, retail media or
performance marketing. Proven ability to own marketing strategies
for product lines and retail channels Strong proficiency in Excel
and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Looker
Studio) Experience collaborating with retailer marketing teams and
managing external marketing relationships. Ability to interpret
complex datasets, synthesize insights, and communicate
recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical
stakeholders. Experience mentoring or managing direct reports, with
demonstrated success in skill-building and performance development.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability
to manage multiple portfolios, deadlines, and stakeholders. Deep
understanding of paid media channels, retail media networks, and
digital measurement methodologies. Excellent communication skills,
with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear
and compelling way to both technical and non-technical
stakeholders. Detail-oriented, driven, and well-organized high
performer with an ownership mentality and an insatiable desire to
win, who can handle competing priorities and make decisions under
pressure while delivering accurate, on-time, high-quality work.
