Job Description Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Medical Device
Certification Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting the
new market development and growth of the KIWA Medical Device
Certification services (i.e. MDR, MDSAP) within North America. This
role involves analyzing the North American MDR/MDSAP market to
identify opportunities and strategies, supporting marketing and
advertising within the market, identifying and establishing
networking opportunities, proactively generating leads, initiating
quotations, closing sales opportunities, and managing the local
customer relationship in liaison with Kiwa Notified Body (Kiwa
Medical - Italy) and NQA Operations teams. JOB OBJECTIVES:
Establish North American point of contact for existing Kiwa Medical
(Italy) Notified Body. Develop network of consultants, auditors,
clients and other interested parties. Develop and grow North
American client base for MDR/MDSAP certifications. Achieve annual
budgetary targets. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct market research
and analysis to identify sales and marketing strategies Develop and
implement sales strategies; support marketing strategies Generate
MDR/MDSAP leads through various channels including existing
clients, referrals, and cold outreach. Identify and participate to
exhibitions/ conference / other similar events. Answer customer
inquiries regarding MDR applications, conformity assessments, and
related services. Provides information to potential customers and
facilitates collection of requests for quotations Prepare and
present proposals and quotations according to Kiwa Medical (NB/CAB)
procedures. Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards
sales targets. On-boards clients with the opening of orders in SGC.
Supports clients throughout the MDR/MDSAP certification process in
coordination with Kiwa Medical and NQA Operations. Maintain
accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and
sales pipeline data. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
for management. Liaise with Kiwa Medical to harmonize the Kiwa
Medical Sales Team approach. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree.
Preferred in relevant scientific field (e.g., engineering, life
sciences). Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical
device industry or product certification field. A sound of
knowledge in medical device regulations (MDR, UK MDR-UKCA, MDSAP)
and/or product certification standards (CE Mark, FDA). Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to
build and maintain strong customer relationships. Strong
problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. Data entry method and data
entry responsibility Propensity for precision and respect for
deadlines. Customer Service & Satisfaction orientation
