of building materials is seeking an experienced District Sales
Manager to drive growth, expand market share, and improve
profitability across multiple branch locations. This leadership
role is responsible for guiding a team of outside sales
professionals, setting clear performance goals, and ensuring sales
strategies are executed effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead and
manage a high-performing outside sales team across multiple
branches. Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales
revenue and market penetration. Analyze sales metrics and market
trends to drive efficiency and profitability. Partner with branch
managers to ensure exceptional service levels and operational
alignment. Mentor and coach sales representatives, fostering a
culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Contribute
innovative ideas to support long-term business success and
competitive differentiation. Qualifications: Proven success in
sales management within the building materials distribution
industry. Strong track record of leading and developing a
top-performing sales team. Ability to build and maintain
relationships with key customers, vendors, and internal
stakeholders. Results-oriented leadership style with excellent
communication and decision-making skills. Forward-thinking mindset
with a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive change.
Solid business acumen and understanding of regional market
dynamics. College degree preferred, but relevant experience and
