Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior
Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A part-time opportunity is
available for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed
Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or
School Adjustment Counselor within a K-12 school setting. This role
is designed to support student well-being through behavioral and
social-emotional interventions, counseling, and guidance for
students, families, and school staff. Location: Boston, MA Contract
Period: 2025/2026 School Year Schedule: 8 to 25 hours per week
within typical school hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) with flexibility
to accommodate individual availability. Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling to students to support
social, emotional, and behavioral needs Collaborate with school
staff, families, and external resources to develop intervention
plans Conduct assessments and provide guidance related to mental
health and school adjustment issues Support behavior specialists,
social workers, and guidance counselors as part of a
multidisciplinary school team Maintain accurate documentation and
comply with school policies and confidentiality requirements
Preferred Qualifications: Current licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LSW, or
certification as a School Adjustment Counselor Experience working
in K-12 school environments, preferably with behavior specialists
or counseling teams Strong understanding of child and adolescent
development and mental health best practices Excellent
communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability
