your mark! MA Level IHT (In Home Therapy) Clinician Job Description
The Master's Level IHT Clinician provides clinical treatment,
support, assistance, and clinical case management to children,
youths and families at risk of and/or with a history of psychiatric
or substance abuse disorder. Children, youth and families will be
self-referred or referred for services by DCF, DMH, other state
agency, schools, or other providers. As a Master's Level Home-based
Clinician you will: Be responsible for assessment, diagnostic
formulation, treatment and safety planning; Provide clinical case
management and linkages to community supports, resources, and
opportunities; Coordinate a multi-modal approach to care including
individual, family, and group treatment in the home and other
community settings ; Provide intensive family treatment and support
interventions that assist the youth and family to overcome
challenges posed by behaviors associated with the youth & family's
condition; Coordinate care with schools, service providers, and
other entities that provide support to assure that the approaches
taken are integrated and clinically coherent; Required education :
a Master's Degree in Mental Health or Related Field Required
experience : at least 1 year of Clinical Experience Required
language : Bilingual is a Plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay:
